The First year students as they enter the college life are introduced to yoga in two colleges by Yoga raksanam. They are St. Joseph’s College of Engineering and  St. Joseph college of Technology in Chennai.

Our Senior Teacher Sri. Hari has so far covered 9500 students so far in the last 6 Years.

It has been of great source of strength to these youngsters who embark on a new rigorous life.

We have taught  at different school. BalaVidya Mandir in Adyar,Harsh Vidya Mandir in Velachery, Alagu taught, Vidya Mandir Mylapore  etc.

At present our Teachers Smt. Kaveri Hari and Smt. Uthra teach at Grandma and Grandpa School.
