For those unable to practice at home for variety of reasons we do have regular group classes.
The group size is kept small- around 10 students.
We try to maintain homogeneity in the groups to have a course which will be beneficial to all the participants.
The classes consists of a combination Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Philosophy and Chanting.
Classes are of one hour duration.
The classes are scheduled in the mornings and evenings.
